I LOVE this trio and how helpful the team at RR are. I didn’t know much about mushrooms and they guided me to all kinds of great information that helped me become more comfortable giving these a try and they even allowed me to create a custom trio for a friend who is a bit more tolerant. Stabilize is amazing to help me relax in the evenings ( she didn’t find the ingredients in this one did as much for her so we replaced this one with two Create ). Create just makes me smile a bit more and find humour in what otherwise might be a stressful situation. Frolic does exactly what the name insinuates haha! This one brings on belly laughs and is INCREDIBLE when you share with friends. Conversations can become quite fantastical ( like building a moat around your house so you can have pet dolphins because really, who wouldn’t want a mote with dolphins? ) I’d recommend this trio to anyone looking to find the blend that works right for them depending on their need!
