My sister gave me one of these at our family reunion recently. I always have anxiety in the company of people that know me the best. Instead, I felt warmth. These were my introduction to mushrooms. I’m not going to lie, I was terrified. I had a bad experience with weed oil a few years ago and had swore to never touch anything other than wine ever again. My partner was very understanding, patient, kind and knowledgeable about what to expect from having a gummy. We started with just half of one so I could get more comfortable. That was a perfect introduction. The next time I ate a whole one and I LOVED how I felt. Never once, was I feeling that out of control feeling that can happen with other types of natural products. I am so grateful that he took the time to explain the benefits! I am now enjoying many of the RR products like High Tea and the 3 different types of capsules ( I wrote reviews for each to share my own experience ). If I could offer any advice it would be to overcome your concerns ( if you have any ) and start small. If you are anything like me you will be so happy that you allowed yourself to opportunity to try something that can literally be life changing in the best way!
